FRANCE

I crafted Crêpes with the kind of flair only a true lover of French cuisine can muster, slurped fresh Oysters straight from the sea, and turned them into BBQ masterpieces. My journey also took me through the salt beds of Brittany and across bustling fresh markets, where the flavors of France hit like a symphony. The bold, diverse tastes of France fuel my passion, and I can’t wait to bring these culinary experiences to my showcooking events – a true French feast, with a dash of my own style.

BELGIUM

Belgium totally blew me away, not just with its food, but with the warmth of its people. I couldn’t resist trying the iconic Belgian waffles, of course! But what really stood out was teaming up with a local BBQ crew, grilling some seriously good food and learning new techniques. NETHERLANDS

In the Netherlands, I dove deep into the world of vegan cuisine, discovering a whole new way of cooking. But of course, I still had to try the classic frites with frikandel – you can’t miss that! I also spent time with a farmer, helping him take care of his huge property and cooking and grilling together. It was an amazing start to my European culinary tour, full of great experiences and fresh perspectives. Looking forward to bringing these stories and flavors to my showcooking events!
